About this book

Geothermal Heat Pumps is the most comprehensive guide to the selection, design and installation of geothermal heat pumps available. This leading manual presents the most recent information and market developments in order to put any installer, engineer or architect in the position to design, select and install a domestic geothermal heat pump system. Internationally respected expert Karl Ochsner presents the reasons to use heat pumps, introduces basic theory and reviews the wide variety of available heat pump models.

Review Quotes

'This book, firmly grounded on the European experience of a heat pump engineer and manufacturer, contains a wealth of information both theoretical and practical which will be of great assistance to both system designers and installers.'
Tony Bowen, president, Heat Pump Association, UK

'This little book describes the installation details of 12 domestic heat pump configurations in a repeated format and would be most useful as a general introduction for installers.'
International Journal of Ambient Energy
